Rapid Process Development
Using GPBPM Process Designer you can design, deploy and use new business process with forms in less than 10 minutes!

This system allows you to run any type of process like invoice approval, loan request, document approval, data synchronization, support case,... It also supports non user interaction type processes used for deep ERP integration.

Every business process that is registered in GPBPM environment has complete audit trail. You can see which user and when did start specific process, who are current owners, how many time was spend by specific user or what stage of the process was most time consuming,...

These analytical data are the basis for further process optimization that can be done fast and easy.

System Integration
If you need to start business process based on new or existing Office document or email then GPBPM Office Addin-s can do the job. This package includes integrations for following Microsoft Office products: Excel, InfoPath, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Integration with GPSCAN and Kofax products such as Kofax Capture and Kofax Express allows you to scan, auto recognize document types, index and start business processes based on this scanned documents.

System supports several different authentication types. The preferred is Windows authentication with Active Directory integration. This additionally simplifies use and maintenance of the system. There is also option to use client certificates to meet high security standards.

User friendly System
Working with BPM has never been so easy. No installation is required for common users. Accessing the system can be done using any modern web browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari,...

Additional modules such as Desktop Client, Windows Gadget, Mobile device support are available to extend user experience. We also provide Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 client applications.

Runing processes on GPBPM platform is faster, more reliable, more flexible and gives greater control then trying to cover the same functionality on ERP, DMS or CRM system.

All the components are build on the latest Microsoft technology .NET 4.5 Framework. System has SOA (Service orientated architecture) accessible via WCF Services. This allows our customers to connect to our system in secure and easy way.

We also offer training courses for all our Customers and Partners to exploit all powerful features that System can deliver. This courses give advanced knowledge which allows creation of customizable complex processes and are suitable for developers with basic ASP.NET knowledge.

Big advantage from similar BPM Systems is high level of extensibility. Customizing can be done in transparent and easy manner using Microsoft Visual Studio.
